Traffic change analyzer

When did traffic start changing?

CSV parsing runs in your browser. File contents stay on this page.

Supports daily GSC and GA4 CSVs, plus custom long or wide tables. Limit: 2 MB and 100 series. Empty values stay missing.

Download templates / Export from GSC or GA4

Templates contain 28 placeholder dates and two example URLs with empty values. Replace them with your dates, pages and data. Use one date and page per row, or one page per column.

  1. Google Search Console

In Performance → Search results, select a date range and export CSV. If you receive a ZIP, extract it and choose the chart data file containing Date. Supports Clicks and Impressions; switch metrics in the results. Official export guide

  2. Google Analytics 4

In Explore → Free form, add Date to Rows, optionally add Page path, and add Views or Sessions to Values. Export CSV using a single segment and a daily table with one header row. Official export guide

English and Chinese columns are recognized, with each count metric analyzed separately. CTR, average position and user counts stay in the original file. Convert multirow headers, extra dimensions and date comparisons to the template format first.

About these results

Daily events require a change of at least 50% and 100 units. Steps compare three-day averages and require all three later days to remain at least 30% above or below the baseline.

Blank cells and absent dates stay missing. Period comparisons require complete observations. Duplicate date/series cells are summed. Events identify timing and magnitude; investigate causes against your release history.
